Founded in 2007, Jiangsu Ruisin Metal Products Technology Co., Ltd. mainly produces galvanized steel strip, cold and hot rolled steel strip, and other extended products such as galvanized steel tube, light steel dragon aggregate, cable armoring materials, galvanized steel C, etc., which are widely used in the fields of building materials, photovoltaics, building decoration and agricultural greenhouses. In 2019, Jiangsu Provincial Government introduced the policy to promote the transformation and upgrading of the iron and steel industry and steel enterprises were encouraged to conduct innovations on the manufacturing technology and upgrade the production equipment to realize the intelligent and green manufacturing. In order to actively respond to this policy, Ruisin introduced a set of eco-friendly WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler to satisfy the heating demands of the production line and achieve good energy-saving and emission-reduction effects.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boiler has sufficient output, high thermal efficiency, and good eco-friendly performance. The boiler adopts the three-pass structure with the corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes to extend the staying time of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace and improve the heat transfer efficiency. It also installs the economizer and condenser at the tail to improve the overall boiler efficiency up to 98%. It is worth mentioning that ZOZEN WNS series boiler adopts the advanced low-NOx combustion technology to reduce the NOx emission lower than 30mg/Nm3 in order to meet the NOx emission standards set by the local environmental protection department.
